Ramen vegetable Soup

  • 1 Ramen Noodles
  • 3 counts of sweet mini peppers,
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of curry
  • A pinch of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme.
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 cubes of cilantro seasoning


  • Boil Ramen Noodles in medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add diced sweet mini peppers, onions, spinach, curry, thyme, and chopped onions.
  • Boil for an additional 5 minutes, then add cilantro seasonings.
  • Reduce heat to low and allow soup to cook for an additional 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit!
