4. Quickie but a Goodie with#tradersjoes 7-Grain Sprouts Bread, 1/4 medium Avocado, #wholefoods peanut butter, strawberries and grapes.

3.Spinach Banana Pancakes

1/2 medium Banana
2 cups of baby spinach
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of pie crust -Warm a 1/2 cup of oatmeal for 2mins in a microwave.
-blend 1/2 medium bananas, spinach and 1 cup of water for 2minutes.
– Add 1 cup of Crocker pie crust (with no lard) to a bowl, then pour the blended banana and spinach mix.
– Mix together for 2 minutes.
– Add 1/2 a tablespoon of Goya olive oil to a fry pan to medium heat.
– Once pan is hot, pour pancake mix and cook until bubbly on top and golden on the bottom four about 4 minutes.
– Flip and cook until golden on the bottom for about 1 more minutes.
– serve with your selection of fruits, butter and syrup as desired!

2. Bread and Avo-Delight!

1 small mama mary’s pizza bread/crust

1/2 medium avocado

3 small strawberries

1/2 medium tomato (diced)

1/3 medium onions (diced)

20 leaves of cilantro

3 – 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 diced mini sweet red peppers (Rich vitamin C, optional)

1 diced  mini sweet yellow peppers (Rich vitamin C, optional)

1 diced mini sweet orange peppers (Rich vitamin C, optional)

1. Mash your sliced half-avocado in a bowl until its creamy and evenly textured.

2. Add the diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro leaves, peppers and lemon juice and mix together.

3. Mix well for about 2 minutes and the avo-delight should be ready!

3. Break one crust in half, put in toaster and let it toast for as long as desired.

4. Slice 3 small strawberries into halves and place them beautifully beside your bread and avo-delight!
5. Breakfast is ready and be prepared to take on the day!

1. Pizza crust toast and Guacamole

1/2 medium avocado

3/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
1 medium tomatoe
1/4 medium white onion
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
I slice of Mama Mary pizza crust
To make the Guacamole 

Press the 1/2 medium avocado. Then add the pressed avocado, diced tomatoes, onions, and fresh cilantro into a bowl. Mix together , then add freshly squeezed lemon. Mix together.

Toast the pizza crust bread for 3 minutes in the toaster.
Serve as desired with fruits or without!
